WHAT IS ANNUAL EXAM?
An annual exam is a yearly health visit with your health care provider. The annual exam usually lasts about 30 minutes. It measures important vital signs- temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate. Our doctors will evaluate your body using observation, palpitation, percussion, and auscultation.
WHAT DOES A STANDARD PHYSICAL EXAM INCLUDES?
Vital signs: blood pressure, breathing rate, pulse rate, temperature, height, and weight.
Vision acuity: testing the sharpness or clarity of vision from a distance.
Head, eyes, ears, nose and throat exam: inspection, palpation, and testing, as appropriate.
